RFSA Lottery 2 is conducted under the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) and Community Gaming Regulation 2020 (NSW) (‘the Law’) on behalf of NSW RFSA ABN 36 154 998 320.  NSW RFSA is authorised under Charitable Fundraising Number 22439 in accordance with Charitable Fundraising Act 1991 (NSW) and Charitable Fundraising Regulation 2021 (NSW) to fundraise. There is an agreement with 4Mile Pty Ltd, ABN 76 604 807 294, 9 George Street North Strathfield NSW 2137  email: info@4mile.com.au, website:www.4mile.com.au, ph: 1300 625 702 to promote and conduct this lottery for reward.

RFSA Lottery 2 commences on 12/02/2026 and ends at 5pm AEST on 27/05/2026. The Lottery will be drawn at 2pm AEST on 29/05/2026. Winners will be contacted by phone, mail or email. Lottery results will be published on www.rfsalottery.org.au/winners the following business day after the draw.

Employees and directors of NSW RFSA and 4Mile, and members of their immediate family or household, are ineligible to win any prize in the Lottery. In addition, members of the State Council of the NSW Rural Fire Service Association and their immediate family or household are ineligible to win any prize.

Photographs of prizes are used for illustration purposes and may not depict the actual prize. If a prize is not available at the time of the draw, a prize of equal or greater value will be issued at NSW RFSA’s discretion.

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that photographs may be taken at the time of prize collection and consents to the use of their name and image by NSW RFSA for the promotion of future NSW RFSA raffles, lotteries, and other related promotional activities.

1,000,000 tickets available. Ticket Prices: 1 for $5, 4 for $20, 5 for $25, 10 for $30, 15 for $40, 20 for $50 and $2 per ticket thereafter.

VIP T&CS

A free lottery for the purposes of section 10 of the Community Gaming Act 2018 (NSW) is conducted in association with RFSA Lottery 2. Whilst entry into the free lottery is free, participants must sign up to the Heroes Club and contribute a successful direct debit payment that will be applied to the relevant Raffle or Lottery being conducted at the time, every month for 12 months (“Eligibility Criteria”).

A direct debit payment will be made on the 15^th of each month unless this date falls on a weekend or public holiday in which case the direct debit will be made on the following working day.

The free lottery will consist of one (1) prize each month for 12 months and will be drawn on the first business day of each subsequent month unless this date falls on a weekend or public holiday in which case the draw will be conducted the following working day.

Free lottery prizes

Participants who meet the Eligibility Criteria will go into the draw to win a $2,500 Coles Myer Gift Card. Winners will be notified by phone or email at the time of the draw. For any additional terms and conditions that apply to prizes, please see above. Free lottery prizes will be distributed within seven (7) days of the draw.

Early bird prize

Participants who purchase tickets in the Lottery prior to 30/01/2026 will be automatically entered into a draw for the Early Bird Prize. The Early Bird Prize will be drawn immediately following the Lottery draw.

Bonus prize

Participants who purchase $50 or more worth of tickets in a single transaction in the Lottery will be automatically entered into a draw for the $50+ Prize. The $50+ Prize will be drawn immediately following the Lottery draw.
